I Faggi mountain chalet

This is a two-story house. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/living room with 2-place sofa bed, a closet with washing machine and a bathroom with an 80x100-shower tray. The first floor has a wood (cherry and chestnut) loft with a double bed. The price includes bathroom and bedroom linens. The heating of the ground floor is through a floor heating system, but the wood-burning stove (Jotul) can be used if you prefer the company of a fire. In the bathroom, the sanitary ware and the shower tray have ceramics with the new anti-bacterial treatment with silver ions, for maximum hygiene. A 100-litre boiler in the heat pump produces the sanitary water. For the construction of the house, the most environmentally friendly materials were used: stone, wood, cork, lime and non-cement for plaster, natural paints and anti-parasite boron salts for wood. The house is totally independent. We live at 100 metres from the house and are always available to offer you information. The house is found on a gravel road used by mountain bike enthusiasts, with limited access thanks to an electric gate, a guarantee of tranquillity, and with the possibility to quickly reach, when there is no snow, the Bielmonte ski resort and to walk the many trails of the “Oasi Zegna”.
